estefold 2300: Fast precision folding- 10 times faster than by hand
Application
High precision folding of blueprints, copies and plots- sharp edged and exact by the millimetre. estefold 2300 fits perfectly for small to medium print volumes. The folder handles all document sizes up to 930 mm width and is unlimited in the paper length.
Easy to operate
Pre-programmed as well as individually adjustable folding formats, a clear display and the outstanding reliability distinguish the estefold 2300. After just a few minutes of practise every user will be fully competent.
Folding programs
Ten folding programs are available at the push of a button: The programs 1- 4 are pre- set to the most common formats. The programs 5- 10 are adjustable in the following range: Panel width: 180- 420 mm; Filling margin: 0- 30 mm

This is the latest option available for the estefold 2300. It enhances the panel fold width to 100 - 420 mm. The
unique feature targets landscaping offices which fold topographic maps
to their standard size. This possibility is not matched by any other folder in the market.

Ergonomic table height
An oversized feed table at a convenient height makes the manual feeding of documents into the folder easy. The folding process is controlled by an integral computer and fan-fold and cross-fold are completed in two stages.
Digital precision
Optical sensors and precision stepper motors measure the dimensions and position of the document to be folded and then the ideal position of the fan-fold is calculated. LED optical sensors guarantee high reliability and precision. When the document has been fan-folded it has to be rotated 90° by hand and fed into the machine again. Then the computer switches automatically to cross-fold.
Failure diagnostic
The integrated failure diagnostic enables the user to conduct time saving inspections and fast diagnostic.
